Are you passionate about creating fun, inclusive activities and helping individuals with physical disabilities build meaningful connections through recreation and community engagement?

Join ALPHA as an Activity Animator Volunteer and help create engaging recreational, social, and cultural experiences for individuals living with physical disabilities. This in-person volunteer opportunity is perfect for energetic and creative individuals who enjoy leading activities and creating inclusive group experiences.


Commitment

Location: In-person – ALPHA Head Office (14 115, rue Prince-Arthur Est, bur. 175, Montréal, QC H1A 1A8)

Time: 2 hours per shift

Requirements:

  • Creativity and initiative

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to adapt activities to participant needs

  • Interest in accessibility and inclusion

  • Comfortable engaging groups

  • No certification required


Key Responsibilities:

  • Activity Facilitation

  • Prepare and co-lead activities

  • Support participant engagement

  • Adapt activities to varying abilities

  • Program Support

  • Collaborate with ALPHA staff

  • Contribute ideas for inclusive programming

  • Help ensure enjoyable experiences for all participants
