Our Commitment
We are dedicated to meeting the requirements of the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and applicable provincial accessibility legislation, including but not limited to:

We work proactively to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility in alignment with the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity.
What We’re Doing

Offering accessible formats and communication supports upon request

Ensuring our website and digital materials follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards where possible

Using inclusive and plain language in program communications

Providing training to staff and volunteers on accessibility and inclusive practices

Collaborating with individuals and organizations to improve accessibility across placements and services

Considering accessibility in program design, volunteer placements, events, and partner engagement

We are working toward full compliance with web accessibility standards and aim to ensure our website content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those using assistive technologies.
