Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Manage projects from planning through final delivery
Create timelines and deliverables for each project
Track project progress and ensure milestones are met
Monitor budgets and resource allocation
Team Coordination
Serve as central point of communication between production, editing, distribution, and communications teams
Assign tasks and track task completion
Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams
Schedule meetings and maintain coordination calendars
Timeline & Deadline Management
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them
Help resolve scheduling conflicts
Manage quick turnaround projects and priority shifts
Workflow Support
Support efficient workflows and communication across all teams
Maintain organized project documentation
Create progress reports and status updates
Provide administrative support as needed
Collaboration & Communication
Use project management tools to keep teams aligned
