Emerging Leaders Placement Project
Are you passionate about sustainability, environmental responsibility, and giving back to your community? Would you like to take part in a hands-on initiative that helps give furniture and household items a second life while supporting people in need?
Sollicité is looking for volunteers to support its upcoming RebutRécup in Ville-Marie collection and community redistribution initiative, taking place from September 30 to October 9, 2026.
Sollicité's RebutRécup program helps divert reusable furniture and household items from landfills and redistribute them to charitable organizations supporting people in need and newcomers, as well as to members of the community through community garage sales. In 2025 alone, RebutRécup helped save 18.5 tonnes of reusable items from landfills!
This is a great opportunity to take direct action for the environment, support your community, and learn more about reuse and sustainable practices. Best of all, no long-term commitment is required—you can select the dates, shifts, and tasks that work best for you.
