Orion’s Reach is seeking 2 Program Coordinator Volunteers to help manage and strengthen their mentorship programs. This role is ideal for youth ages 16–30 who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in program administration, communication, and nonprofit operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth program operations

  • Communicate with mentors, mentees, and Orion’s Reach staff in a professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office

  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and workshop logistics

  • Contribute ideas to improve program efficiency and participant experience

  • Represent Orion’s Reach with professionalism and integrity


Commitment: 3 hours per week, Virtual role (flexible scheduling)
