Looking to build your coordination and administrative skills while supporting mentorship opportunities that change lives?

Orion’s Reach is seeking 2 Program Coordinator Volunteers to help manage and strengthen their mentorship programs. This role is ideal for youth ages 16–30 who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in program administration, communication, and nonprofit operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth program operations
Communicate with mentors, mentees, and Orion’s Reach staff in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and workshop logistics
Contribute ideas to improve program efficiency and participant experience
Represent Orion’s Reach with professionalism and integrity
Commitment: 3 hours per week, Virtual role (flexible scheduling)
