Join the Women in Leadership (WIL) Foundation as a Wellness Program Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our national wellness programming. This is a remote volunteer role where you’ll help deliver seamless participant experiences, strengthen engagement, and contribute to building healthier, more inclusive communities.


Commitment: ~3–5 hours per week

Location: Remote, Canada-Wide

Requirements: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; experience with virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) is an asset.

  • Provide backend support for monthly virtual sessions

  • Track metrics, engagement, and participant feedback

  • Maintain documentation, records, and timelines
