Are you passionate about technology and empowering others with the skills to use it confidently and safely?
Join YWCA Toronto as a Computer Literacy & Cybersecurity Workshop Facilitator, hosting ongoing drop-in sessions for residents at our Elm Housing location. You will guide participants through basic computer skills, internet navigation, and crucial cybersecurity/scam awareness topics.
Facilitators should be skilled communicators who can adapt content for various experience levels, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your role will help participants develop the skills they need to navigate the digital world with confidence, protect themselves online, and access essential online services.
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per month
Location: YWCA Toronto Elm Housing - 87 Elm Street, Toronto (near College Ave and University Ave)
