Looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, community engagement, and professional networking?

Join the Canadian Council of Muslim Women (CCMW) as a volunteer for the ASPIRE Employment Conference — a two-day event bringing together professionals, employers, and community leaders to empower Muslim women through networking, mentorship, and employment opportunities.
As a volunteer, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for attendees, supporting event operations, and connecting with diverse professionals across industries.
Location: In-person at Novotel Hotel, North York, Ontario
Commitment: November 6–7, 2025 (approx. 4–6 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist attendees at registration and throughout the venue
Support exhibitors, speakers, and guests with logistics or materials
Direct attendees between conference sessions and networking areas
Provide accessibility and hospitality support during the event
Assist with setup, signage, and closing activities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, reliable, and professional volunteers
Strong communication and organizational skills
Enthusiasm for supporting women’s leadership and empowerment
No prior experience or qualifications required
