Employment Conference Volunteer (November 6–7, 2025) – Canadian Council of Muslim Women (North York)

Looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, community engagement, and professional networking?

Join the Canadian Council of Muslim Women (CCMW) as a volunteer for the ASPIRE Employment Conference — a two-day event bringing together professionals, employers, and community leaders to empower Muslim women through networking, mentorship, and employment opportunities.

As a volunteer, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for attendees, supporting event operations, and connecting with diverse professionals across industries.

Location: In-person at Novotel Hotel, North York, Ontario

Commitment: November 6–7, 2025 (approx. 4–6 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist attendees at registration and throughout the venue

• Support exhibitors, speakers, and guests with logistics or materials

• Direct attendees between conference sessions and networking areas

• Provide accessibility and hospitality support during the event

• Assist with setup, signage, and closing activities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, reliable, and professional volunteers

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Enthusiasm for supporting women’s leadership and empowerment

• No prior experience or qualifications required

• Dress Code: Semi-formal
