GAÏA Ball Event Volunteer - Jeunes Philanthropes du Québec (Montreal)

Are you 18–30 and looking to gain experience, meet professionals, and make an impact?

Volunteer at the GAÏA Ball in Montreal on September 18, 2025 and be part of an inspiring, eco-conscious event that connects youth with entrepreneurs and changemakers.

We are currently recruiting volunteers for the following roles:

• Front Desk Attendants: Welcome guests, manage registration, and provide event information.

• Hosts: Assist in guiding attendees, supporting event flow, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Eco-Stewards: Help ensure the event is environmentally responsible by supporting waste reduction and sustainability practices.

This is a one-day, in-person event where you’ll play a vital role in creating a meaningful and memorable experience for all attendees.
