Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management

  • Manage projects from planning through final delivery

  • Create timelines and deliverables for each project

  • Track project progress and ensure milestones are met

  • Monitor budgets and resource allocation

• Team Coordination

  • Serve as central point of communication between production, editing, distribution, and communications teams

  • Assign tasks and track task completion

  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams

  • Schedule meetings and maintain coordination calendars

• Timeline & Deadline Management

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met

  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them

  • Help resolve scheduling conflicts

  • Manage quick turnaround projects and priority shifts

• Workflow Support

  • Support efficient workflows and communication across all teams

  • Maintain organized project documentation

  • Create progress reports and status updates

  • Provide administrative support as needed

• Collaboration & Communication

  • Use project management tools to keep teams aligned
