Are you passionate about advancing women’s leadership and making a meaningful impact in your community?

Women in Leadership (WIL) Calgary is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Volunteer to help amplify our national initiatives and local chapter impact across Canada.
This is a flexible, fully remote role requiring approximately 4 hours per week. It is ideal for someone who enjoys digital storytelling, community engagement, and creating content that inspires and connects.
Location: Remote
Commitment: 4 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Support promotion of events, mentorship programs, and campaigns
Design simple branded graphics using Canva
Monitor engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages
Collaborate with chapter and national teams to align messaging and brand voice
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written communication skills
Basic design skills (Canva preferred)
Reliability and ability to work independently
Passion for leadership, mentorship, and community building
