Are you passionate about advancing women’s leadership and making a meaningful impact in your community?

Women in Leadership (WIL) Calgary is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Volunteer to help amplify our national initiatives and local chapter impact across Canada.

This is a flexible, fully remote role requiring approximately 4 hours per week. It is ideal for someone who enjoys digital storytelling, community engagement, and creating content that inspires and connects.


Location: Remote

Commitment: 4 hours per week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Support promotion of events, mentorship programs, and campaigns

  • Design simple branded graphics using Canva

  • Monitor engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages

  • Collaborate with chapter and national teams to align messaging and brand voice

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms

  • Basic design skills (Canva preferred)

  • Reliability and ability to work independently

  • Passion for leadership, mentorship, and community building
