Join the Women in Leadership (WIL) Wellness Program as a Wellness Marketing & Engagement Lead and help bring our national wellness initiatives to life. We’re looking for a volunteer who thrives in strategic outreach, digital engagement, and building connections that inspire participation.


This is a flexible, remote opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on skills in nonprofit marketing and communications while supporting a Canada-wide program dedicated to wellness and leadership.


Commitment: ~3–5 hours per week

Location: Remote (Canada-Wide)

Requirements: Creative, strategic mindset; no prior nonprofit experience required — training and guidance provided


What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Director to build partner and community relationships
