Event Support Volunteer (March 8, 2026) – Women in Leadership Foundation (Montréal)

Are you passionate about community engagement and supporting meaningful events?

Join the Women in Leadership Foundation Montreal Chapter for our International Women’s Day celebration and help create a welcoming, organized experience for guests. This in-person volunteer opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and supporting community events.

Volunteers will support our Montreal Chapter event taking place at Centre Sanaaq, a vibrant cultural and community hub in downtown Montreal.

Commitment: Approximately 5 hours (one-day event)

Location: In person – Downtown Montreal

Requirements:

• Friendly, dependable, and organized

• Must be bilingual in English and French

• Comfortable interacting with guests and helping with basic event tasks

• Willing to help wherever needed and work as part of a small team

No certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in guests as they arrive

• Greet and welcome attendees

• Assist with set-up of food and drinks

• Help with clean-up at the end of the event

• Area: Near Cabot Square (Ville-Marie / Peter-McGill)

By joining us as an Event Support Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in helping create a positive, welcoming experience for guests while supporting the Women in Leadership Montreal Chapter’s International Women’s Day celebration.
