Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Affinity

• Strong creativity and excellent eye for visual design and aesthetics

• Ability to follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh, creative ideas

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Minimum of one year of graphic design experience preferred

• Understanding of design for digital platforms and social media

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Digital Graphics

  • Design graphics for social media posts across all platforms

  • Create YouTube thumbnails and promotional materials

  • Develop visual content optimized for various digital formats

  • Maintain consistency with Casa-Connecte's visual identity

• Brand Identity & Communications

  • Apply and adapt Casa-Connecte's visual identity across presentations, brochures, and organizational documents

  • Create design templates for recurring communications

  • Develop promotional and marketing materials

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints

• Collaborative Design Work

  • Collaborate with video production, communications, and project coordination teams on creative projects

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original design concepts

  • Provide design feedback and suggestions to support team initiatives

  • Communicate design decisions and creative rationale to team members

• Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously

  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work

  • Organize design files and maintain asset libraries

  • Track project feedback and implement revisions
