Are you passionate about social impact, storytelling, and creating meaningful digital content?

Join Pour 3 Points, a Montreal-based nonprofit that uses sport as a social lever to support youth, as a Social Media & Social Impact Coordinator. Help amplify the organization’s mission by creating engaging content that highlights real impact, community programs, and youth success stories. This hybrid volunteer opportunity is ideal for creative individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media while contributing to a meaningful cause that supports over 13,500 young people across Greater Montreal.


Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week for 4–6 months (flexible schedule)

Location: Hybrid – Remote with a minimum of one in-office day per month (5455 Av. de Gaspé Bureau 200, Montreal, Quebec H2T 3B3) + occasional event attendance


Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English/French)

  • Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, possibly LinkedIn) and content creation tools such as Canva and Reels

  • Creativity, motivation, and autonomy required

No certification needed


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Digital Storytelling

    • Create engaging social media content (stories, reels, short videos, visuals)

    • Manage and animate Pour 3 Points’ social media platforms

    • Highlight the organization’s impact, programs, and values

    • Adapt content based on events, trainings, and organizational needs

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with the Pour 3 Points team

    • Receive guidance while contributing your own creative ideas

    • Help evolve the organization’s online presence and voice


We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Creative, motivated, and detail-oriented

  • Bilingual in English and French

  • Comfortable using social media platforms and content creation tools

  • Interested in social impact, youth development, or digital storytelling

  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a small team
