Remote Website Design Volunteer (WordPress) – Pour 3 Points (Montreal)

Are you passionate about web design, user experience, and creating meaningful digital impact?

Join Pour 3 Points, a Montreal-based nonprofit using sport as a social lever to support youth, as a Remote Website Design Volunteer. This flexible volunteer opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to strengthen their WordPress skills while contributing to a mission-driven organization that supports over 13,500 young people across Greater Montreal. You’ll help improve Pour 3 Points’ website — often the first point of contact for their community — by making it clearer, more accessible, and more engaging for visitors.

Commitment: Approximately 60 hours total (ideally 15 hours/month over 4 months – flexible schedule)

Location: Remote (optional office visits in Mile-End, Montreal)

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with WordPress (simple site updates)

• Strong attention to clarity, structure, and user experience

• Must be bilingual in English and French

No certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Updates & User Experience

  • Update website content (text, images, videos)

  • Simplify navigation and site architecture

  • Optimize layout and visual consistency

  • Ensure the site is mobile-friendly, accessible, and user-friendly

  • Suggest simple but effective improvements

• Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Pour 3 Points team to understand needs

  • Contribute ideas and an external perspective

  • Support early planning for a future website redesign

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Comfortable using WordPress

• Bilingual in English and French

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

• Interested in digital design, UX, or web content

• Motivated by social impact

• Able to work independently while collaborating with a small team
