Are you passionate about advancing women’s leadership and transforming workplace culture?

Join the Women in Leadership Foundation (WIL) as a TWO Project Coordinator and support the Transforming the Workplace Opportunity (TWO) project funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE). Working alongside Liz Punch, Executive Consultant, you’ll contribute to a national initiative focused on addressing barriers to women’s employment and advancing equity in the workplace.
This remote opportunity is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who enjoys coordination, communications, research, and digital collaboration while contributing to meaningful systemic change.
Location: Remote (Based in Kelowna, BC)
Commitment: ~15 hours per week (flexible scheduling — evenings/weekends possible)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Communication
Book meetings and manage scheduling logistics
Send follow-up emails and maintain correspondence with employers via email and phone
Support ongoing communication and relationship-building efforts
Content & Resource Development
Create content and design project materials (Canva experience an asset)
Develop templates in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Upload and maintain documents on shared platforms
Assist in building an online community platform with guidance
Research & Administration
Conduct research related to workplace equity and employer engagement
Set up and manage Zoom webinars
Track project expenses and support administrative processes
Maintain organized records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Comfortable communicating professionally via email and phone
Experience or interest in Canva, content creation, or graphic design
Detail-oriented with strong research skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Interest in gender equity, leadership development, or workplace transformation
